- Current eWallet balance

Credits are deducted continuously during the call.

⚡ Automatic Call Protection
Calls can automatically end when:
- Free minutes are exhausted and no credits are available
- The member’s balance becomes insufficient
- The user ends the call
- A network disconnect occurs
Low-balance warnings can also be displayed during calls.
🧾 Call Summary
After a call ends, the chat conversation displays a call summary including:
- Call type
- Duration
- Credits charged
This gives members a clear record of their call usage.

Agora Provider Integration
Version 1 uses Agora as the voice/video provider.
Administrators can configure Agora from:
AdminCP → Message → Provider Settings
Required settings include:
- App ID
- App Certificate
- Token Expiration Time
Region is optional.
The provider architecture is designed to allow additional providers such as Twilio, Vonage, 100ms, Daily, or custom providers to be added in the future.
